Shipping policy

• Coffee orders of $25 or less ship for a $2.75 flat rate anywhere in the U.S. 

• Coffee orders of $25 or more ship FREE anywhere in the U.S.

• Merchandise ships for a $3.95 flat rate per item anywhere in the U.S. excluding stickers (stickers ship free).

• Coffee orders to Canada ship for a flat rate of $10.95 USD for orders under $25 and $6.95 USD for orders over $25. Cross border shipping times can vary but most orders to Canada arrive within 6-10 business days.

• Merchandise orders to Canada ship for a flat rate of $10 excluding Stickers which ship free (international stamped mail).

• We do ship internationally to locations other than Canada, including Australia, Europe and South America. At this time, we do not have international shipping rates setup for these areas but orders can be requested by emailing sales@workzonecoffeecompany.com and shipping will be quoted once the request is received.  

• Orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. During peak times such as holidays, it may take up to 3 business days.

• After we ship your order, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package and see the estimated date of delivery. Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier, but our standard shipping times for most orders in the U.S. are 2-6 business days. Large or bulk orders may require up to 7 business days for delivery. National holidays and weather may affect shipping times. Orders will ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier will depend on your location and the weight of the package.
